Rachel Kowalski had a great weekend at Provincial Championships in Etobicoke.  She brought home gold in figures and in solo at the Tier 7 junior level.

Rachel and her duet partner, who swim for the Granite Club in Toronto, placed first in the Tier 7 junior duet category. The duet repeated their finish the following weekend at Central/North Regionals in Mississauga.

Rachel coaches for KW Synchro’s recreational program.  We are proud to have her as a part of our coaching team. No doubt her success as a high performance athlete benefits the swimmers she coaches. You might have seen Rachel’s solo at one of our recent water shows.
