Thank you to the Chevrolet Making Dreams Possible Grant!

KW Synchro, along with 5 other Canadian Synchronized swimming clubs, was the lucky recipient of a $2000 Community Club Coaching Grant.

We were fortunate to have Sheilagh Croxon join us on deck this past Sunday, January 9th to work with our swimmers and coaches. Sheilagh spent the morning working with the KW Synchro coaches, focusing on young athlete development, how to build confidence, and how to make athletes for life.  Sheilagh then came to the pool to work with each of our teams, focusing on Routines and Figures, and also worked with us out of the pool to focus on land drilling and how to improve body position.
