INTRODUCTION TO MASTERS (Recreational) 
Full Year Program

Welcome to KW Synchro’s recreational program for swimmers new to or with some experience in synchronized swimming and who want to learn more advanced skills.  KWSC’s program is designed for adults 19 years or greater and will practice once a week for two (2) hours with emphasis placed on improvement of synchro skills, swimming strokes, coordination and flexibility. Swimmers will participate in two (2) of our club watershows December and May.

INTERMEDIATE MASTERS (Pre-Competitive)
 Full Year Program

Welcome to KW Synchro’s pre-competitive (intermediate) program for swimmers who have one or more years of synchro experience or wish to learn more advanced skills.  Swimmers will learn and work on the more advanced basics of synchro. KWSC program is designed for adults 19 years or greater and will practice once a week for two (2) yours with emphasis placed on improvement of synchro skills, swimming strokes, and maintaining and improving fitness. Swimmers will prepare a short team routine to present at two (2) club watershows and have the option to attend a Recreational Routines Meet at the completion of the season. Team will train two (2) hours on Mondays at Wilfrid Laurier University.

COMPETITIVE MASTERS 
 Full Year Program

Welcome to KW Sychnro’s competitive program for swimmers aged 19 years or greater and over who have one or more years of competitive synchro experience or who wish to learn advanced skills. KWSC program emphasis will be placed on improvement of synchro skills, swimming strokes, and maintaining and improving fitness. Swimmers will prepare a routine to perform at two (2) club watershows as well as compete in Synchro Canada sanctioned Masters Competitions. Team will train two (2) days at five (5) hours per week with the option of adding a solo or duet one day a week.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

To maximize the creative atmosphere and experience of all programs, KW Synchro Club requires that participants:

i) Wear a bathing cap to prevent hair from interfering with vision
ii) Wear goggles to prevent irritation of eyes and help with vision under water
iii) Wear a nose clip to enjoy under water activities
